In September 2025, three artists — Matthieu Neau, Sophie Boaral and Delphine ArtbyDef — were selected to take part in an artistic residency at the Iklyle Cultural Centre in Fez, Morocco.

Organized by Art Confidential, this one-week residency offered each artist their own studio space, as well as a rich programme of cultural visits, meetings with Moroccan artists and immersive creative moments. The artists also took part in a special session dedicated to contemporary Moroccan music, creating in direct dialogue with the sound and atmosphere of the performance.

Each morning, the residency included professional training sessions led by Hortense d’Hardemare, designed to help the artists strengthen their practice, structure their artistic careers and develop new perspectives for their work.

This residency reflected Art Confidential’s commitment to supporting artists beyond the studio, by creating meaningful opportunities for exchange, visibility and professional growth.
